  • Registration: You can create an account on Snipblr.com exclusively through GitHub or Google OAuth authentication. We do not collect or store separate usernames or passwords.
  • Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any information provided by your OAuth provider and for any activities that occur under your account.
  • Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering or updating your account.

4. User Content and Code Snippets​

  • Ownership: You retain ownership of any code snippets, comments, or other content ("User Content") you post on the Site.
  • License to Snipblr.com and Other Users: By submitting User Content, you grant Snipblr.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display such content on the Site and related services.
  • MIT License for Code: In addition, any code snippets you share on Snipblr.com will be automatically licensed under the MIT License. This means that anyone may use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of your code according to the terms of the MIT License.   • Content Standards: You agree not to post any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate.
  • User Interactions: The Site allows you to star, fork, and discuss code snippets. You are responsible for your interactions with other users and should engage in discussions respectfully and constructively.

5. Intellectual Property​

  • Site Content: All content on the Site, excluding User Content, including text, graphics, logos, icons, and images, is the property of Snipblr.com or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
  • Trademarks: All trademarks, service marks, and trade names displayed on the Site are the property of their respective owners.
